Hohem, a leader in gimbal technology, partnered with StreamCast Asia and Threeoo for a launch event to unveil its latest innovation—the iSteady M7, a cutting-edge gimbal stabilizer designed for smartphones and mirrorless cameras. Held on 10 December 2024 in Home Dusk Live House @ Clarke Quay, the event attracted content creators, tech enthusiasts, channel partners and media professionals eager to see what Hohem had in store.
The launch event began with a dazzling display of creativity and technology. Guests were treated to an immersive multimedia presentation highlighting the evolution of Hohem's product line and the company’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of content creation tools. The iSteady M7 took centre stage, with Hohem executives introducing the product as a breakthrough in gimbal design and performance.

Ms Wendy Hu, Hohem's International Sales Manager kickstarted the event by delivering an insightful presentation highlighting the brand's background as well as the innovative features of the new iSteady M7 smartphone gimbal.
Ms. Hu emphasized the gimbal's advanced AI tracking capabilities, which allow for seamless AI tracking across various subjects, such as pet and objects on top of face tracking, expanding the gimbal's tracking capability.She also introduced the detachable 1.4-inch touchscreen remote, a standout feature of the iSteady M7. This remote provides real-time previews and allows users to control the gimbal from a distance, offering greater flexibility and convenience during shoots.
Additionally, Ms. Hu highlighted the gimbal's 360° infinite pan rotation and built-in 193mm extension pole, which enable users to capture creative and dynamic shots from various angles. The iSteady M7's professional 3-axis stabilization ensures smooth and steady footage, even during high-speed motion scenes.

We are honoured to have Keiji Umehara, a content creator to share with the guests about his experience using the iSteady M7 gimbal a week prior to the event. He shared how and why this particular gimbal with the detachable touchscreen remote will be especially useful for solo content creators.
"You want to use the back camera more than your front camera because as you all know the quality is much better. And you are always worried that when you put it there, you don't know how you look. But with this remote, you can actually can see how you look and everything so, when I say that it is perfect for solo travellers, I mean it."
Keiji also went on and showed a short video demo of him making use of the AI Tracker that successfully tracked him while he was running around the gimbal while it was on the floor. The video also highlighted the gimbal's capability at stabilization, when he showed himself running with the gimbal and achieved an extremely stable footage. We are highly appreciative of Keiji's insightful and informative sharing, allowing the guests to better understand from a user's perspective.
The guests were also encouraged to try out the iSteady M7 gimbal themselves, along with the long array of Hohem's previous gimbal models.
